In respect to Global Insurance programmes

• Communication through Marsh network with Clients Risk Management department, global insurers and local fronting insurers;
• Ensuring insurance documents (policies, certificates) issue quick as possible;
• Checking the correctness of policies, certificates;
• Delivering policies and invoices to Clients, ensuring payment terms are met in order to be sure the insurance cover is in force;
• Servicing the insurance policy during all policy term – ensuring all necessary amendments are issued;
• Preparing all necessary reports and policy summaries, requested by clients Risk Management department;
• Providing claims assistance and advice.

In respect to local insurance placements

• Delivering knowledge of local insurance market and respective legislation;
• Checking all local compulsory insurances are placed;
• Ensuring local insurances are purchased in accordance with Client’s Risk Management Philosophy (helping to avoid cost in-effective or double coverage);
• Preparing quotations for local insurances;
• Full claims service.
